1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.henryandsaintmartin.com ("the Site"). By using the Site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is published by Andrew Henry and Gabriel Saint-Martin, who operate Henry & Saint-Martin ("we", "us", "our"). Henry & Saint-Martin is not yet incorporated. Full publisher details are in the Legal Notice.

These terms cover the Site only. Any advisory engagement is governed by its own written proposal and engagement terms, which take precedence over anything on the Site.

2. Information, not advice

The content of the Site is general information about our work. It is not advice, and it is not tailored to your business. Do not rely on it to make commercial, financial or legal decisions without taking advice specific to your situation.

The worked examples on the Site, including the figures for gross profit and margin lost, are illustrative. They are not results from a client engagement, and they are not a forecast of what any business will achieve. The career results described on the Site were achieved by the partners in previous roles, not by Henry & Saint-Martin.

3. Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including its text, structure, examples, graphics and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view it, print it or share a link to it for your own use. You may not copy, adapt, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

"Henry & Saint-Martin" and its logo may not be used in a way that suggests a connection with us, or our endorsement, without our written permission.

4. Using the Site

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that could damage or disrupt it, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it.

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bayonne, France, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
